HC Grade Aid - Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to HC Grade Aid, a mobile application created independently by Sunken In Time to assist with grade calculation. This app operates offline and is not yet endorsed or associated with the Howard County Public School System.
2. Services Provided
HC Grade Aid allows users to calculate their grades based on various factors like individual assignments, exams, and weighted averages.
3. User Eligibility
There is no age restriction for using HC Grade Aid. However, it’s recommended for users who understand the concept of grades and grade calculations.
4. User Content
HC Grade Aid does not allow users to upload, submit, or transmit any content.
5. Donations
HC Grade Aid accepts donations through a link within the app. Clicking the link opens a separate browser window for donations on a different website. All donations are voluntary and solely used for the app’s maintenance and development.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
HC Grade Aid is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. HC Grade Aid disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
HC Grade Aid is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to using HC Grade Aid.

While we strive for a positive user experience, HC Grade Aid reserves the right to terminate access to the app for any reason and at any time without prior notice.
