Icarus is a free, open-source strategy board for VALORANT — local-first, fast, and honestly just nice to use every day. It’s built for players who want to save, test, and iterate on lineups quickly without being blocked by subscriptions or cloud-only workflows. It started as a personal solution to painful strategy planning limitations and has grown into a project used by 1,000+ players.
Built with a minimal, fast workflow in mind, Icarus focuses on practical planning: place agents, draw routes and utility, and save your work locally so your prep is always available offline.
